I welcome you exactly as you are, in any given moment, with equal caring, warmth and non-judgement—creating a space where you can learn to do the same. I trust your voice, your instincts and your resiliency, and as a licensed therapist and intuitive presence, I provide the reflection for connecting with these things inside yourself.
The first session is a chance for you to see how I work and to get a sense of whether or not I am the right fit for your needs. Some people feel like they have a lot to say in the first session, whereas others prefer to say little. Whatever you bring is what’s right.
